Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions through Airbnb and our Guest Portal. These include directions, access codes and everything you need for a smooth arrival.
Yes. Both houses include family-friendly details such as blackout blinds, high chair, baby cot and secure windows. Parents should always supervise, but the spaces are thoughtfully prepared for younger guests.

Booking Process

All reservations are made securely through Airbnb. Simply open the listing, enter your travel dates and group size and complete checkout on Airbnb.
Changes depend on Airbnb’s modification and cancellation policies set for each property. You can request date changes directly in your Airbnb reservation.

Yes. Longer stays automatically receive a discount when booked through Airbnb — 5% off for weekly stays and 10% off for monthly stays. The reduced rate is shown directly during the booking process.

After Booking

You’ll receive full check-in details shortly before your stay via an automatic Airbnb message. In addition, our estate manager Louis Boyce will personally reach out to confirm arrival time and assist with any questions.
Absolutely. You can message the hosts directly through Airbnb at any time before and after your booking. They’re always happy to answer questions or help plan your stay.
